What this is:
The Kindling is a two-session working process that takes you from "I have an idea" to a clear, tested first offer. Session one shapes the idea. You then talk to five real people who have the problem. Session two tests what you learned and turns it into a plan. No theory. No pep talk. Just a clear look at whether the idea has legs and what to do next.
This is not a discovery call. It is a working process. You will leave with clarity, evidence from real conversations, and a concrete plan to act on.
Who it is for:
This is for people who have a business idea but no customers yet — and are not sure where to start. You do not need a business name, a logo, a website, or a registered company. You do not need to quit your job. If the idea keeps coming back and you want to find out if it is real, this is where to start.
What to expect:
* Your idea turned into one clear sentence: who it is for and what problem it solves
* A simple plan for talking to five real people who have that problem
* Honest, direct perspective on what you hear, including when the evidence says to change direction
* A simple first offer and price, drafted together
* A 30-day plan for taking your idea to its first sale
* A written summary after each session
How it works:
Two sessions, about two weeks apart.
Session one (Shape It) runs 60 minutes across two 30-minute blocks with a short break in between. Between sessions, you spend roughly five hours talking to five people who have the problem you want to solve.
Session two (Test It) runs 40 minutes. Please send me your notes from your conversations 24 hours before, so we can spend the time on decisions.
You will receive the Zoom link by email within 24 to 48 business hours of booking. If a call ends at the 30- or 40-minute mark, simply rejoin with the same link. Come with your idea in mind, even if it is rough. The intake form you complete at booking will help us hit the ground running.
