At Digital Roadmapping, our time together is dedicated, focused, and prepared in advance so that each session provides meaningful value to your business. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following appointment policy.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. A one-time rescheduling request may be made in case of an emergency, provided you notify us at least 36 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another business owner who may be waiting for support.

Late Changes
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 36 hours’ notice may be counted as a completed session and deducted from your package or billed accordingly. This is because preparation and time have already been allocated specifically for you.

No-Shows
If you miss a scheduled meeting without notice, the session will be considered used.

Respecting Appointment Times
Our work together is most effective when we can start and finish on time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time so as not to delay other clients. If we ever need to reschedule on our end, we will always provide as much notice as possible and ensure you receive your full session time.
